The project consists of a 144 kW ground-mounted photovoltaic park, designed for high reliability and energy autonomy. The solar panels are installed on fixed ground-mounted structures and connected to a redundant inverter system, ensuring uninterrupted operation and system stability.
The installation is fully remotely monitored and controlled, with smart meters recording real-time energy production and consumption. To support continuous power availability, a dedicated battery storage system was installed in a specially constructed indoor space, protected from high summer temperatures that could affect battery performance.
The batteries store excess solar energy during daytime hours and supply it during the evening, enabling increased self-consumption and operational continuity. Due to the long distance between the photovoltaic field and the medium-voltage substation, as well as the difficult and inaccessible terrain, the project required enhanced infrastructure planning and redundancy at critical system points.
This integrated design, combining ground-mounted PV units, redundant energy conversion, and battery storage, makes the installation particularly suitable for remote or demanding environments.
